These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Kasumira Co., Ltd. ("the Company").
1. Service Overview
The Company provides services including EC site operation support, live-stream marketing services, digital marketing services, cross-border e-commerce agency services, and other business support services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (text, designs, logos, etc.) provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of the Company.
3. Confidentiality
Both the Company and the Client shall not disclose the other party's confidential information acquired through business operations to third parties.
4. Damages
The Client shall be liable for compensating any damages caused to the Company due to the Client's violation of these Terms.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive first-instance court of jurisdiction.
